LAKE FOREST, CA — September 15, 2026 — The federal lawsuit Acrisure of California, LLC et al. v. DeVone has been dismissed with prejudice. Chief Judge Hala Y. Jarbou of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan entered the order on June 15, 2026, closing the case Acrisure filed against Beni Global founder Adam DeVone on May 7, 2026.

BxaGlobal Insurance Services, Inc., which does business as Beni Global and appears in some coverage as BXA Global, was not a party to this case. The company was not named as a defendant, no claims were asserted against it, and no court order was directed at it. Mr. DeVone was the sole defendant.
